Shipping Policy

Tice & Co. offers nationwide shipping through the United States Postal Service.

Tice & Co. makes every effort to ensure our packages arrive prior to their estimated date. Due to the nature of the postal system, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

We understand how important the milestones are that we are creating pieces for, and we make every effort to ensure your package arrives on time. However, we cannot control extenuating circumstances once the package leaves our office.

If the estimated arrival date changes after it is handed over to the carrier system, that is unfortunately out of our control. 

Tice & Co. is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. Each item is carefully inspected and thoughtfully packaged with lots of love before it leaves our hands. Once your order is on its way, any damage that occurs in transit is unfortunately beyond our control.
