What is your turnaround time?
Our current turnaround time, or TAT, is 3-4 weeks. This does not include weekends or holidays, and is subject to change depending on order volume.

I have a question about fonts, colors, or motifs.
Contact us here. We are happy to assist in making the perfect selection for your custom piece! Please note that all thread colors can be changed to fit your vision.

Do you offer shipping?
View Shipping PolicyYes, we offer multiple shipping options, as well as a local pickup option! You can read our shipping policy below.

Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes, our local pickup is available in Hoover, AL, Monday through Saturday from 8am-6pm. Once your order is complete, you will receive email instructions for pickup! Make sure to select “Local Pickup” as your shipping option.

Do you accept personal items/drop offs?
We gladly accept drop-offs and would be honored to add a touch of bespoke embroidery to your cherished items! Please read our policy regarding the usage of personal items for embroidery here.

Do you take expedited orders?
Yes, orders can be expedited during the checkout process for an additional $25 fee. TAT for expedited orders is approx. 1 week.

What if I am envisioning something that is not on your website?
I would love to help you create a custom order! Visit the “Custom Order” tab or click here to get started! All custom order submissions serve as a reservation in our queue, and we will be in touch shortly with next steps.

Will my product by pictured online?
View Privacy PolicyWe reserve the right to use images of orders for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website and social media platforms. If customers do not wish to have images of their order used for marketing purposes, they must notify Tice & Co. at the time of purchase.
PAYMENT POLICY
Tice & Co. proudly accepts Shopify approved payments, including ShopPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, VISA/MC
Due to the custom nature of these goods, and time spent designing and embroidering, payment is due at the time the order is placed.
Gift cards are available for purchase here.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the custom nature of each service and product at Tice & Co. Embroidery and Design, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each order is custom and can not be exchanged, refunded, or returned.
At Tice & Co., every item purchased requires time to thoughtfully plan, design, and embroider. It is such an honor to create custom pieces for you and your family! Please proofread all spelling and typing for each order. Please also ensure you have entered the correct shipping information if you choose to ship.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged. If you notice your item has been damaged, please contact us here within 7 days of receiving your order.
SHIPPING POLICY
Tice & Co. offers nationwide shipping through the United States Postal Service.
Tice & Co. makes every effort to ensure our packages arrive prior to their estimated date. Due to the nature of the postal system, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
We understand how important the milestones are that we are creating pieces for and make every effort to ensure it arrives on time. However we cannot control extenuating circumstances once the package leaves our office.
If the estimated arrival date changes after it is handed over to the carrier system, that is unfortunately out of our control.
